Hasegawa 1:12 Nissan 300ZX
This has to be a very rare and hard to find kit these days, but I found one and as we speak it's flying its way to the UK.

Wow, didn't know this kit existed. I would hate to be your wallet at the moment.

You'll have to build a few 1/12 F1 cars aswell. :grinno:

Congratulations on a great find. I blew my last chance to get one of those about 15 years ago when our LHS had it's final clearance sale since they went out of business. It cost about 600 FIM then (that's about 100 euros) but I was 11 and I didn't have that kind of money back then :uhoh:

Lucky 37 year old man maybe.
Rich I which, these 1:12 are about the cost of 4 or 5 1:24 models and I used to make 3-4 a month and the R32 has taken 4-5 months so far. So in the end it is a large cost saving overall.
Work it out !

I know how old you are.. But we are all kid inside when you buy that kind of kit... (well a kid with the money of an old man :cwm27: )

this is exactly why I got myself in resin kit. Been working on one for months..

Anyway what's next ? the Tamiya Mini Cooper 1/12 ? (this is the cheapest 1/12 kit I know )

nice steve. I hope you share that build with us like you have with the R32. Do you intend to do a lot of fabrication etc.. on this one also?

Can you do me a favor and not get the Tamiya Datsun 240ZG and 240Z Rally kits?

It's a bit of a goal of mine to build a replica of the infamous Akuma no Z from those kits, turbo, RS Watanabes and all.

But then, I'm already a little tied up.

Woe is me, on Sunday I found that not only the local Hobbytown USA was having a 20% off sale on model kits (resulting in a Tamiya Jaguar XJR9 coming home with me) but Linda, the lady who runs my local hobby shop, finally got a case of the Model King AMT reissues of the Gremlin Modified in and she set one aside for me. It'll never end!

So Steve, when are you going to buy the 1:1 300Z? Just kidding... Great find you got there. I would love to get my hands on 1:12 models but my wallet only let me buy 1:16 and 1:24's  This would look cool beside the Skyline.
