crx 91 dpfi to mpfi won't start PLEASE HELP!!

after finishing the dpfi to mpfi my car would not start, i went over and check the wiring if i did anything wrong lots of time for two weeks , and check for the spark and have it and the timing was right.
So it was the fuel not giving out, so i took the fuel with fuel rail and see if it is injecting any fuel . With the PM6 ecu it only inject once every time i crank it after that the fuel would not repeadedly injecting,
But using my old PM5 ecu it would inject repeadly and the car would start , but only 2 injectors were injecting and the car wouldn't turn off.
Problem is why am i not getting fuel injecting properly (repeadly) with my pm6 ecu.
Need help badly asap pleasee..

its definitly in the wiring,theres been way too many successful swaps from dpfi to mpfi that worked.
you have the resistor box?
ran the resistor box wires PROPERLY!
a3 ---># 2 injector (red)
a7 ---># 4 injector (yellow)
c1/c2 to the cylinder position sensor?
switched wires on tps?
& good connection?
just a couple of reminders that has to do with the fuel....

could it be the map sensor, or the evc because when i cover the iintake manifold it would keep on injecting the fuel and its sucking air to hard when idle so it the car dies,but when covering the throttle body and lettign little air go throught it works .
