Celica vs. MR2

What's the difference between a 3SGTE engine from a Celica and from an MR2, besides the price? And which would be best to put into my 88 Corolla 4dr AE92? I was favoring an MR2, but I want to make sure I know what the difference is. By the way, I was looking for a 3rd gen. 3SGTE. Thanks!

the one in a celica is AWD... the one in an mr2 is rewd with a FWD type tranney....
cant put the awd tranny on ur rolla, find a 3sgte from an mr2 with a mr2 tranney on it...youd need the whole rear clip because of all the sensors involved...a 3rd gen 3sgte would be an insanly hard swap to complete, you would need the whole clip from a celica gt-4 than find a mr2 tranney
fyi dotn expect to spend less than $5k for the swap
