The job is pretty straight forward, I would rate it 2 on scale of 0-5 5 being the hardest. Proper torque is very important!
Here's a link for a 91 D16 head section from a factory repair manual, yours will be very close but I suggest the proper manual to get the proper torque spec's.

91 D16 - http://www.binghamtonlife.com/manual/2gsm/cylinder_head_valve_train.htm

Manuals - www.helminc.com or go to a honda dealer & ask if you can copy the pages needed.

To get the most of it a ported and polished head, instake & throttle body are very important. Valve springs are a good idea also. For the full benefit of a cam gear & other listed mods dyno tuning is the only way to go.

you said stage 2 in the first post and stage 3 in the second which one is it ? also you gotta install valve springs because of the extra lift it will cause binding with stock valves, unless otherwise noted

yes, you should install the springs with any aftermarket cam in my opinion.

start by checking out the links I orginally posted. No offense but if you can not figure it out from there I would suggest pro. installation

the sheet that comes with the cam might have valve adjustment specs on it.

if you get some kidn of manual for the car, haynes, chiltons, helms it will give instrutions on how to change a cam and torque specs

crabby,
you seriously need to get a service manual for your car BEFORE you take one bolt off that car! Read it cover to cover and it will outline in great detail everything you need to know. Most include pictures as well.

If you don't heed this advice, you will be right back on the forums asking why your engine doesn't start, or asking if bent valves are a "bad thing". The risk of damage to your new cam, valves, and other components is too great.

But, it's your car... do what you want but don't say you weren't warned.

Please go to www.helminc.com (http://www.helminc.com/) and buy a manual. It will only take a couple of days to get it and it will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about your car. Please I urge you to buy one, they are invaluable.

Buy the hayes manual it is woth it, it would take some one two hours to write out the step by step instructions, The manual gives you all specs, step buy step instructions w/pics. If you don't do this right you will seriously screw up your engine.

I just read some of your other post in this forum and my new suggestion to you would be to take your car to the pros. let them do this.

Try adjusting the valve lash and then drive it agian and see how it does.

Since the rocker assy. was removed it is absolutely required to adjust the valves.

Also the ECU should be reset and allowed to re-learn.
Disconnect battery for 15 seconds
Start car and let idle until cooling fan comes on, during that time DO NOT touch the gas pedal.
