Headrest

I drive a 99 ford explorer sport. I put my one of my head rest up in the back seat(row) and now i cant get it down. I looked for a "clip" or something to push in and then push down the head rest, but there is nothing but a circle base above the top of the seat. Does anyone know how to put it down?
