I cant even find the battery, this is the most ignorant thing I have ever saw. I will not pay someone to replace a dang battery. Any one know the easiest way to replace the battery.
Also any battery spec's? I dont have the owners manual.
I got a great deal on the car (600) just turned 100,000 but i'm already having to dump money in this thing!!

turn the wheel to the left. then look in the drivers side wheel well you will see a cover with the battery picture, take the panel off there are 4 or 5 clips i believe. then theres the battery.

battery is probably under the back seat or in the trunk if it is not under the hood. a good battery will read 12.6 volts on an volt meter. 12.4=75%, 12.2=50%, 12.6% being 100% charge.

I have a 97 Stratus, as eXcelon says the batt is in front of the drivers tire behind a panel, I have had good luck with Wal-Mart batts, just go by their guide, rule of thumb double the cubic inch of the motor and that is the minuim cranking amps, ie 300ci should have a 600 cold crank amp battery
