what kind of suspension should i get to get the most permormance?

There's no single "this is the best thing to put on your car" kind of suspension. Same goes for any other part. Everything depends on what you ultimately want out of the car. "Performance" is actually a vague word. What you're looking for is something more along the lines of:

1. I want a suspension that will rock at the 1/4 mile.
2. I want a suspension that will rock at auto-x/track.
3. Just want better handling in general for my daily.

From there, save money for decent parts and read reviews and ask people their opinion of the products you have in mind. Then make your decision.
