Im working on my rear calipers right now, and i need to press the caliper cylinder in a few mm so it will fit over the rotor. My E brake is down so it should be able to be pushed back... i tried with a big clamp i have but that thin gis just not moving back at all... is there a trick to this? because i have worked on many calipers before and never had this problem... Does it have something to do with the E brake ? even tho its still down? Please help. thanks.

In the rear the cylinder has to be turned instead of pushed. Turn it and it will go in

the "rear" hubs are the only ones i have for now, those are easy to get from junk yards because they are from 300zx and from 240sx are the same. I got them both for $150... try your local junk yard places that might have nissan parts and see what they got, im still going through the hastle with the front ones.. hard to find.
