Problems with 98 aurora

I just picked up a 98 aurora, high miles 170k but seems to run good. SES light is on, took it down to autozone and the guy said there was multiple codes, but told me there was code p0105 which is the MAP sensor.
Should I just replaced the Map sensor and see if it goes away, is this a common problem with these cars?
Also, my drivers door, and drivers passenger door both won't open from the outside. I think maybe the handles are broken? U can open from inside, but not outside.
Is this a pain in the ass to fix?
thanks,
Casey

I have a 98 Aurora and I have to make sure I am pulling toward the right side of the outside handle(on the driver's door), so that my hand fits under the handle's indentation. Otherwise it acts like it's locked. I don't know why they are so weak, but I can't see a cheap fix for it if they won't open at all.
