Changing the Signal Light Bulbs - Front

I have a 1991 Plymouth Voyager LE with 3.3Liter engine.

I have done the back part but the front ones are a bit harder.

I would like to know if I can replace the bulbs without having to take off the front grill.

The manual says to unscrew the signal/turn light frame off but there are no scews to do that except the ones that fastens both front grill and the light frame.

Please advise if you have done this before..........

you need to removed the 4 other torxs screws that are holding the front grill on.. and also when you open your hood and look on the top near the lamp assembly, there will be another torx a long one you need to remove that one also
