I am looking for anyone with experience of installing Edelbrocks Multi-point EFI on a 91-96 caprice. I am using the kit for 91 Chevy TBI trucks with a 96-00 Vortec 350. Here are some problems I am experiencing: Distributor installation, thermostat housing, upper radiator hose, fuel line routing, headers or manifolds, ECM to use? This car is a driver and I am hooking everything back up, no hack and go soloutions please. My vehicle is a 91 Old's Custom Cruiser 5.0 TBI car, I am using a GM Vortec 5.7 HD for 96-00 trucks with the Edelbrock m/p efi. Any experience's shared with this kit for my car or the trucks would be appreciated.

I have read that there are problems getting the distributor to work in Edelbrock manifolds in the 91+ b-body cars. Something about not being able to tilt the distrubtor in place. IIRC, it requires that the dist actually be in the intake manifiold when you install it. Or it requires some machining of the intake manifold and a different distributor.
For the thermostat housing I would think one for 89-90 Caprice and it's hose would solve your problems installing that.
