Spare Tire Damnit!

Ok I recently got a 88 EFI reg bed and im pretty happy with it except for the rust problems. Underneath my bed is my spare tire which is rusted on there real good. Even if it wasnt rusted i dont think i could figure out how to take it off. So if anyone has any information about taking the spare off TELL MEE!! :) :)

Raise it up with a jack or if you have a lift use it and carefully drill out the center. You will have to replace the whole spare tire holder of course.
