surprising win (teg ls v.s eg hatch dx)

yesterday i raced my beater 92 civ eg hatch dx with i/e against my friends 97 bone stock integra ls auto. we raced from a 20mph roll and were dead even tell 45mph then i started pulling on him and shut it down at 80mph i had him by a good 3cars. i was surprised! even though it does have 4 extremely long gears, its still suprising.
