horn problem on 90 miata

Good evening, First of all I am certainly grateful for this site- it has been very helpful. Down to the question now. I have a 90 miata and it runs well. Several months ago I had prob. where windshield wipers would intermittently not work.. it ended up being the small coupler behind the ignition switch. A few weeks after swapping it out the horn now won't work. When you 'mash' the button on the steering wheel you hear a faint click but no blow'. I have cked all the contacts on the ignition switch and all seems fine- Has anyone else ever noticed this problem? Thanks for your time. TraderEd.
