code PO176 on a 2000 FFV taurus ?

Autozone aquired this code, but doesn't have the book. What does this code mean and how do i fix it ? The car still runs, but will almost stall out at 20-30 MPH everynow and then.

www.autorepair.about.com on this website it lists the obdII codes . what I wrote to you came out of repair manual this site lists something diffrent. They both deal with fuel. good luck
