On my code reader I have a cylinder 2 misfire code p302. Do you think it's the coil pack? Injector? The plugs and wires are 4 months old.

It could be the coil pack but it could be a number of other things too. Check the wires to make sure you don't have one with high resistance. Even though they are new one could be bad and causing the problem. You could also have an injector that is not working properly. Check the wiring to the injector and make sure everything is ok a bad or freyed wire can cause misfire problems. Hope this helps!

I know it's not the plugs and the wires because this happened before I changed them. When this happened the check engine light was on. It's off now and the vehicle seems to running ok. I still was able to get the code from it being stored in the computer.

my guess and only a guess would be the ICM... if the trouble happends again then I guess try to go get an ICM from wherever put the coils on DO NOT DAMAGE OR DIRTY the new ICM at all because if this doesnt work you can return it and say that you didnt need it... most places wont take a used part back if there are any stickers that you need to take off on it take them off very carefully and well you hopefully get the point... see if it works... if not then see what anyone else thinks. Thats the only thing I can think of good luck! Also could be the coils as well... HEY some places (I know Auto Zone does) will do testing on it the only problem is most of the time they cant get the coil pack or the ICM hot enough to do adequate testing...
