Hard to start until warm

I have a 92 Storm. The problem I am having with it is when I first turn the key to start it, it fires and then immediately loses fire and only turns over for as long as I keep the key turned. Then I can turn the key off and right back on and the exact same thing fire then gone. Seems like one or two cylinders fire then nothing. Now the odd part the longer I do this the more firing I get going on. After ten or fifteen minutes of continuing to do this or I prime the intake it will start and run with some small problems. I have to keep it revved high (5000-6000) and will not idle. Even then it will still die occassionally however once it initially starts it will fire right back up every time.once it is completely warmed up the only problem I have with it is a slight pulse in the idle (about 200 rpm), runs like a champ with plenty of power and speed. I have checked fuel pressure 90 psi when pump comes on, replaced head gasket, fuel rail and injectors, fuel filter, ohm tested IAT, IAC, Temp Sensor, all tested good. I have had this car for about one year and it went from starting the first time (always had the dying at idle until warm) to what I just described gradually. The only other problem I have with this car is the radiator fan does not come on, so far I have not diagnosed this problem as I don't drive it much because of the hard start. By the way there are no codes set either. Please help as the mechanic says $70.00 to start and then it's just time into it at $45.00 an hour. Thank you

Try the EGR system, clogged passages may contribute to your problems. I had the same problem. The radiator fan not working, I did that to try the thermostat first, then the fan switch and finally the fan motor.
