Location of Mirror Bezel on 70 Camaro

Does anyone know where the bezel is SUPPOSED to located for a 70 Camaro - (inside) driver side mirror adjustment knob. Better yet does anyone have a picture they could post or point me to?

My 70 has the cable and adjustment knob in the door, but not mounted inside. There'a about 5 places it could go, and can't find any info on the net that tells me specifically where it should be.

PS: If anyone has a spare passenger side mirror that would fit a 70 (I guess all the way through 73) I need the guts, will pay.
