valve cover bolt seals

i went to auto zone and got a VC gasket and when i got back all that was in it was the gasket and 4 seals for the spark plug wells and nothing for the bolts which seems to be where the small leaking oil is coming from. i went back and they said they dont have them. thats weird cause i changed the VC gasket on my truck and it came with the seals for the VC bolts. please dont tell me i have to go to the dealer for the damn VC bolt seals. any suggestions? thanks oh yeah 99 gs NT

i just changed my vaulve cover gasket 2 weeks ago and mine had bold seals with it

well i called the dealer and he told me there were no such things its just washers. how many did you get? the VC gasket and the four other seals or did you get more than that? if you got more where did you go to get the set? thanks

yea i got the vc and 4 other seals i also have a gs nt i got 8 bolt seals and i got them from auto zone

ok wtf dude at auto zone must be retarded then. did the 8 bolt seals come with the gasket or did they come seprate? was it the felpro gasket?

u could probally use some O-rings that are the right size for the bolt...

I bought one the other day, and there where 2 options, same brand. Prices: $18 and $8 the guy pulled them out to see what the difference was, and not only were they the exact same, but the MORE expensive one didnt come with the bolt seals or anything but the valve cover seal itself. So did you get the cheap one or the expensive one?
