2003 Tacoma Maintenance

I have a 2003 Tacoma Model/Year2113A/2003,2.4L,5-speed manual
W/62000 miles. Does anyone have factory info on then the following items should be accomplished?

Does the 2.4L have a timing belt or chain. If it's a belt, how often does it get replaced in miles not kilometers.
How often does the manual transmission and rear end fluid get replaced? (miles)
How often does the fuel filter get replaced and where is it? (miles)
What type of plugs do best and how often should they be replaced? (miles) They look easy to change so I might change every 30000.
This machine came with green engine coolant. How often should it be changed? (Miles)
