94 f-350 keyless remote peograming-please

I have a 94 F-350 and i bought a new keyless entry remote to go with the one I have off of E-bay, but it did not come with instructions.
I am told that on the 94 you have to conect two wires together on the door lock electric control box. I know that turning the key on/off does not work.
Can anyone tell me exactly how to program this. I called the dealer and they will d it for me for a cost, but will not tell me how.
