1. I'm looking to fix the handling on my Tahoe by replacing stock suspension parts with aftermarket parts. Does anyone know of any stores (online or offline) that carry a decent selection of suspension parts (besides jcwhitney)? So far I've heard that Bilstein shocks were really good, but haven't heard about any other suspension parts. This leads to my next question...
2. I'm having problems with my steering (as many seem to be), I've tried everything (except for unplugging the sensor). Everytime I take it to the shop they try something different, but it only temporarily fixes the problem (steering loosens after a couple of months). Would it be best if I just replace the steering sensor (at one point they replaced the steering gearbox...but since that didn't fix the problem, they discounted it)?
3. I'm trying to replace the speakers in the bottom of the front doors, I saw a few explanations on how to remove the door panels for newer model Tahoes, but not for ones in my year-range. Anyone know how to do this or where I can find out how?
Additional info:
265K+ miles
4x4 4-door
rear shocks were replaced with air shocks 3 years ago.
Thanks in advance.
