My factory installed radio keeps powering off then after a time it powers pack on and i have to put in my code. Any suggestions on a loose connection someplace. I just had a tensioner pulley replaced and the day this was replaced this problem started happening could ther be a connection?

Not very likely.
Read your radio manual on removal to pull it aft and check the connections.
