An update to my taillight problems...

I got a diagnostics from my BMW dealer, which is a funny story, I was there from 8 am in the morning until 5:30 pm the technicians were clueless as to the method to correct a light module issue ... The foreman finally got involved and it was done...

My wiring was also crossed for the amplifiers powering the '03 lights in my '97 528i ... I contacted Bavarian told them the situation and initially was told they would correct the problem, ten minutes later I received a call from Bavarian and was informed that they cannot fix the problem, and that they would sell me a new LED kit at a discounted price of $300.00...

That did not sit too well with me so since I have spent over $3,000 at Bavarian, I would consider myself to be a new but valued customer ... not so ...

When I initially called Bavarian and explained the problem, the first question was "did you cross the wires?”... I said yes, have other customers done the same thing, and his response ofcourse was no, which must be false because it was the first question he asked...

Has anyone either dealt with crossing their LED wiring, and if so what was the resolution?

Or...

Has anyone dealt with Bavarian and this same issue, and if so how did Bavarian handle the situation?

You might try going a 'level up' at bavauto., I'd be real dissappointed if this is how that treat such problems.........best to you.

Bav Auto is who i am referring to when I referenced Bavarian Auto Sports...

From their first response I have to assume that it has happened before ... The rep's first question almost solidifies that others' have ran into the same problem ...
