Very Bad Week (long)

First off, last week I was playing basketball at gym at school, and somehow when i went to throw the basketball I pinched a nerve in my arm. Went to the hospital, said they may need to operate. Kinda sucks, they told me not to drive my baby, which i was completely like "Yeah, i wont drive" ... went out to the parking lot, and went and ripped up bloomsburg. Yeah well, that night, it was pooring out majorly hard. And I was on an old back road, at a stop sign. It was either a left or a right turn, so I go to go left, and the road goes straight for a little ( on the left ) and i didnt exactly see that so .. i go off into a yard running over like 3 huge ass rocks. I mean.. it looks like they came off of a mountain or something. I thought taht I completely totalled my car, i was so nervous... and I get out. All I hear is this load running noise.. and.. here is is tehre is still a rock underneith my car. So i get back in.. try to move my car.. but does that work? Of course not. Since its pooring out.. all my car is sitting there throwing mud all over my car. So. I get out and try to pull the rock out, but here it is the rock goes up at a a slant.. so its up tehre pretty good. (Plus im in a cast from the hospital) so the only option i have is to get the jack out from the trunk of my car, and try to somehow jack this up so i can somehow pull it out. Well about after 45 minutes of cranking and pulling, i get that dumb rock out and get my car so I can atleast move it. So I put everything back, get into my car, and i was on my way. Here is the damage : Front Bumper is pretty badly damaged in the one area. And I pushed my radiator back and up. Which is what that big ass rock hit. And all my plastic stuff underneith there is all ripped to shreds. So.. I take it to my normal mechanic, and they pull the radiator back..and fixed everything up for me and it only cost $50 dollars. Which is not bad at all (concidering what he usually costs). And it runs fine, nothing wrong with is, no bad noises or anything. But here is the catchy thing.. today I start up my car, louder ticking noise than usual. So I was like.. maybe I need oil. So I put a bottle of oil in my car before I go to school. Now on my way to school, i realize that something else is wrong. While im driving I hear a whistling sound, which at first i totally thought it was crickets.. but its too cold out for crickets. So now my car makes an annoying whistling sound, and also when I lay on the gas, it the engine or whatever.. i think the throttle or something is making a louder noise that it usually does. Good example: Really crappy cars with really bad mufflers are usually loud and annoying right..? Yep theres my car for ya. Then right on the main stretch to school, I loose completely feeling in my arm ( the one with the nerve ) as i am shifting into 4th gear. Omg did that hurt, and I also almost got into an accident with that. I couldnt feel my arm for like a minute.. and then when i could feel it all it was was this throbbing pain. So I turn around, go home, mom takes me back to the er, where I am given 2 shots of morphene, and now im taking percecets (dont mind the spelling) and my mom took my keys, and also the doctor now says that i have a high chance of needing surgery.. so now i cant drive my car for like a month. I cant work for like a month. And if i cant work.. how can I get money to fix my car!! I REALLY HATE LIFE SOMETIMES!! :banghead:

Dude that really sucks. I`m thinking though that you might have an exhast leak. My car had one a while back and slowly got worse and it eventually got to the point where my car sounded like a muscle car. But possibly louder and sounded really crappy anyway it was making so much vibration that it cracked some of my engine mounts too so had to get that fixed along with the leak and a few other minior problems my car had really sucked.

That sucks bro....hope you get better soon. But yeah, just focus on getting better so that you don't have to be out longer than what's necessary.

Sorry to hear about that, I can sympathize, I've been having a horrible last week or 2, but I wont even go into all that. As far as the noise, you probably have an exhaust leak, as was previously mentioned...you probably put a crack in your flex section or part of your downpipe or catback, from the rock scraping it.
