i have a 10" sub in my car, and am gettin confused on what amp to get.
I want to get an amp that gives about 200w continiously, and Im sure the speaker is good for 300w max.

is 200w cont 2 much???

but im gettin confused on the Ohms thing, like all diffent watts at different ohms, and bridging...

im so cionfused, and want my sub back!!!

can some one PLEASE tell me what amp to get..

ive seen some good deals on e-bay, but am not sure wich one to get..

i had a 360 2 channel amp on the sub before, I broke it. and Im sure it was bridged or what ever

Probably sounds like a noob Question, but i have no idea when it comes to this stuff!!!

it should say on the magnet, or what kind of sub do you have? Make and model and I can find out real quick too.

Do not get a sony they do not last that long. what you need is a mtx they are long lasting and will thump your sub hard. I have a 200 watt mtx for sale email me if you wont it.

you need to match your ohms for sub, and ohms for amp, low end you are probably running 4ohms (normal) so get something rated 4ohms, but you need to know your nominal rating of the sub (RMS wattage), if your sub is total 300 watts max, chances are the total rms power is only 150, so run an amp with 150watts rms or lower, but still can't tell you without knowing the specifics on the sub.

mtx is the way to go and the rms on mine for sale is 200 watts for 1 sub or 100 watts for 2 subs each.
