will this engine and this tranny work?

I have a 91 civic dx hatchback with the d15b2 engine and tranny. And a 88 integra ls with the d16a1 with a bad tranny. will the d16a1 engine bolt to the dx civic tranny. I wrecked the civic and I now need to get the integra on the road.

The mounts are different.
