Leaking Rex. HELP!

I'm having a problem keeping water out of my 89 CRX Si. It seems as if every time it rains or whenever I wash my car water starts to drip in around the rear hatch. The seal around the outside of the hatch is flawless.
I tried an experiment. I took my garden hose and slowley worked (from rear to front) my way foreward. Nothing leaked in until I got to the sunroof. This leads me to believe that It has something to do with the drain tubes. Immediately after that I cleaned out the drain tubes. A lot of crap came out and it was really gross. Unfortunately that didn't seem to help.
Any suggestions?
