Which setup is best?

I'm starting to look for exhaust now that I just bought my Cold air and larger MAF. I have a couple of choice exhaust set ups and I'm not real sure which are best. I have a 96 Cobra and I was wondering if anybody could help :evillol:

Bassani shorty X pipe w/high flow cats (make them with cats? have to find out)
Flowmaster American thunder CB
