Door Sill Protector

I was quite surprised to find out that BMW didn't have door sill protectors installed to protect against scuffs and scratches from your feet when getting in/out of the vehicle. Has anyone found any door sill protectors custom fit for the X3? I purchased a universal set--they do the job but they are messy.

I wouldn't expect them in my X3, it's kinda their entry level SAV and to keep it affordable, they forfeited some of the standard BMW fit and finish touches.

If I were a bettin' man, I'd say that Bavarian Autosport will have some in their catalog sooner than later. Keep your eye out, it's still a new model so stuff like that is bound to surface.
