5 Lug Conversion etc ...

I'm planning on doing some major work to my car pretty soon and am trying to gather some numbers to work out a budget. I'm planning on a 5 lug conversion and loosing the drums to be replaced with disk breaks. If anyone knows of where to find info on this please let me know. Suggestions would be cool if anyone has a preference to a specific company to go with.

Try to get a ctr suspension set? I saw it somewhere that some 4th gen hatchback done it to his? Sorry i couldn't be much of a help:)

Well I've done a little research and came up with a interesting bit of info:

The 91 Integra LS rear disk breaks will work. If anyone has any other suggestions PLEASE let me know.

I got my rear discs from fastbrakes.com. the install was pretty straightforward, and everything bolted up just like stock, other than the ebrake cable brackets, which were different than the ones on my drums...no biggie though

So what did you have to do EightOhOne?

I thought u wanted a 5 lug conversion? Integras have 4 lugs. U can alsow use the 90-91 crx si rear brake discs.:)

take off the brakelines, unbolt the whole trailing arm, take out the ebrake cables from the cabin, and replace with new trailing arm assy. with disc brakes, run the new ebrake cables into the cabin, and reattached/bled the brake lines

the hardest part was running the ebrake cables, cause i was too lazy to drop the exhaust, and i had to work around it:o (pain in the ass)

prob the easiest things to find thatll be 5 lug and basically the same size will be integra gsr axles. but youll have to figure out your own way to make them fit, cuz im not interested enough to figure it out for u. :D

There was someone on these forums http://www.hostboard.com/cgi-bin/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&forum=The+4th+Generation+Honda+Civic+Page+&number=178 that had done that setup... or was it on PH? I remember seeing it, but I can't really see the benefit of 5 studs on a car with average output.
