oil leak, need help

:banghead: i have a 92 t-bird sport 5.0 HO. I have an oil leak from pan gasket/rear/front main seals, my problem is: I was wondering if anyone could tell me the steps involved, if the engine has to be pulled because of the cross member right below it, and how long it might take and what tools would be needed to fix this. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
