What in the heck

I was walking to my class at college today and i overheard some god awful rap music being played really loud in the hall, so i went to see what was going on and there was a friggin DJ in one of the lounges, and all this while there were classes going on. And there were some people playing this trivia game on a huge screen, now i started to walk away in disgust but there was one question that just stopped me dead in my tracks and made me do a double take cause i couldn't imagine what the hell are these people doing. The question was, "Which of these are NOT date rape drugs?" And all three kids got the question right.... I had not even heard of 4 of the 5 possible answers before. It pisses me off cause they did this during the day with classes taking place all over the school, they could have at least taken it outside or something.

They do stuff like that on my campus too. Had Freestyle battles and DJ's twice this semester. Could sort of hear it in class, but not enough to care. There's constructing a new building so that's the noise I have to worry about.
