Is there an O ring where the fuel line connects to the rail?

I changed out the injectors in my 97 Malibu 3.1. When I put it back together I noticed where the fuel line inserts into the fuel rail, it looks like it is lipped for an O ring or washer seal. I am pretty certain there wasn't one when I pulled it apart. I only had a chance to test run it for a minute last night and it didn't leak. Should there be a seal and if so, is it a standard O rimg?

Okay so I put it together with an o ring from a kit. The GM dealer says they have an O ring in their parts book for that. It costs $5 so I am guessing it isn't just a standard O ring or am I getting humped by the dealer?

Are you talking about the o-rings on the fuel injectors themselves or the o-ring for the fuel line? Either way, I experienced the same thing. I paid the $5 because I thought - do I want to tear this thing back down again? Also did you place used motor oil on the outside of the fuel injectes before inserting the o-ringed injector into the rail and the intake?

No I am talking about the metal line that stabs into the fuel rail. The inlet line. Yes I was liberal with the oil putting things together. The $5 cost is nothing but I don't want to pay it if I am just buying a standard O ring is all.
