Not without major work, if even possible. I thought I heard of someone that had some parts machined up to make it work. Far from worth the effort ;) Most people do fine with just slotted rotors (avoid drilled), and the AEM big brake kit is I believe now available with slotted non-drilled rotors, which should be a mean upgrade for decent money.
Edit> Just had another thought. I have heard of people installing DSM brakes on a EVO to get away with a smaller wheel (for race tires), which makes me wonder if you could do the opposite ;) EVO brakes are pretty stout.

Haven't you ever gotten scared about not having upgraded brakes, Kevin? I would be pretty damn scared about having 500 hp and stock ability to stop it :p!

Power Slot bought out AEM's line of Rotors, so they are handling all productions and orders. looks like they have a solid product to.

I did get scared once, and it only took a 14b to do it. But I was driving was too fast with way too little room to stop. From 120 to 60 the brakes worked great. From 60-0 I was shitting in my pants. I ordered some powerslots from Bushur that day ;) Made a huge difference. 2Gs have the "big brakes" anyway. Look at all the 1g guys that keep or switch to the 1g "small brakes" so they can run 15" wheels. If they can stop from 150 mph at the end of the track, they must work alright. On the street through when you can run normal wheels, sure, brake upgrades are worth the added safety. Also, since I got over 400 whp or so I hardly ever drive fast on the street.
Thats good news about the rotors 95 GSX. I know a couple people that made a habit out of cracking the AEM drilled rotors. Having solid and slot only option is bigtime, and people waited a long time for it.

what caused the cross drilled brakes to crack someone told me that they were better that the just slotted ones because they kept the rotors much cooler

You end up with stress risers around the holes. Even chamfered, not drilled completely through, etc. Eventually the cracks can play connect the dots and you end up in trouble. Now, street cars dont crack rotors as often as cars that are road raced even occassionally. But its still too much of a risk in my opinion.

couldnt i just take the calipers off of the vr4 and use the brake pads of a bigger rotor i dont think that they would fit on the rotors that are on there now
