Hello guys, I bought this sticker tonight, but before I put it on my car, I wanna know what it means...

1- What language is this? japanese or chinese?
2- What Does it say ?

It says that the driver of this vehicle is a moron for buying something he cannot read or understand.

but generally...putting on stickers for things that u don't have..(like putting on GReddy stickers while u have absolutely nothing from GReddy) is kinda...rice...:D
