Power fluctuates

Ok had a missfire problem, fixed that. DO NOT BUY AFTERMARKET WIRES.
Anyway, there is another problem.
When I accelerate, the car lacks all its power. If I give it part throttle, the power fluctuates,the boost is two bars, then the boost maxes out, the intake gasps for air(like the sound of it during warmup), and power is gone, then the boost goes back down and a little power comes back and intake sound gone. Then it cycles faster and faster as I hold the throttle in the same spot. But it doesn't seem to fluctuate with the rpms so I don't think its another misfire. It starts in 1 second intervals then faster.
ANyone heard od this?
My mods are 3.4 pulley, 180 stat, and wizaired intake.
