Liquid Lense Uses...

I was looking at this product on tv,which claims to fill and seal scratches on glass,plastic and other clear surfaces.

So,a friend of mine bought it to use on her scratches shades,and she said it worked pretty good.Can this possibly be used to fill small scratches on glass?
Yea,I know.Most of this stuff is a lie,but I have a witness that said it worked good,and I saw the glasses myself,and I couldnt even tell which one was scratched.
So does anyone have any idea if it will work on a small scratch that I have on my driver window,if so,did it work alright?

actually these products usually work good and the times it doesn't is when the person applying it does it wrong....in any case the way the work is that a scratch on clear glass/plastic is not really a scratch at all on a microscopic level. The scratch you see is actually air under the disturbed surface...these products essentially fill the space and force the air out creating a hard to see repair.
