My 94 Transport just got a new engine...No leaks but...

Slight hesitation when I turn corners or accelerate..Oil pressure guage/Temp guage reads normal what gives?

3.1?

ahh..OK..same thread...
By the way...the 3.1 has no actual oil pressure reading (if similar to '93) . It is simply a pressure switch that sends the oil needle to some mid way position, as soon as pressure is above 4 psi. The 3.8 has a real pressure sender.
Corners...? mean you loose power ....on one side or left and right?...THe only thing common to acceleration and corners..is force..Some wire harness might change position during linear or angular acceleration and a loose connector might break a contact?..Or a broken wire that looses conact in those situatioins?...I'm speculating, but have a look anyway.

Sorry but don't have a clue about your recommendation. Have a look where? What loose connection am I looking for? Is it possible the spark plugs are the culprit? (Okay, stop laughing) Yes 3.1

Well..I'm thinking of the wire harness to the throttle position sensor, and manifold pressure sensor. Does hesitation occur only when cold?

...I checked the "book"...here what it says

Wow, great catch LMP...Hesitation most when cold dimishes during the day (Still present when hot...but not as much_ I'll check tps and mps...tks

I would certainly clear the throttle position sensor option first. If you can get a multimeter, you have to check continuity of the resistance path. There are 3 connectors, one at each end of the resistance , and one connected to the "wiper", probably the center connector. Don't know if you are fond of electronics, but if you can connect at J4 (see link below) without disconnecting the connector (I do that sometimes by inserting a small wire into the connector or piercing the wire with a needle and connecting to the needle) , then you can read the voltage between J4 and body fround as someone else slowly depresses the throttle (ingntion key ON, engine not running): you should have a steady voltage increase from 0.5 v to 4.5, without discontinuity nor jumps.

I would not check for anything else unless I'm sure this one is OK. Tell me what you find.
