Was this not the MR2 I talked to you about buying? ... how were you going ot sell it without a title?
You can get a duplicate title made.
I would not recommend anyone buy this car without a title ... that could potentially pose all sorts of legal problems.

i do have a buyers order signed by the dealership and me the only way not having a title would pose a problem would be if you restored the car and tried to get tags which i think i did say for parts only i will not sell the car to anyone looking to restore it if this is a problem i will get another title but then the price goes up $100 sorry

That is one way ...
Then there are these scenarios:
1. The car is stolen. So you have a buyers order from a dealer, how does someone know you did not steal it?
2. Someone buys the car from you and then you claim the car back. You find the title and prove you "own it."
I'm sure there are other scenarios ... and please take no offense.
I am NOT accusing you of anything. I talked to you at great length in the past and I feel you are a sincere seller ... I just would never recommend someone buying a car without a title.
Sorry, I am just a very cautious person.
I just had an MR2 stolen and torched ... and the only way the wrecking yard would even take possession of the car is if I supplied the title.
That was acar that could never be on the road again ... why did the want the title? So in any case, the ycould prove they legally had possession of it.

I buy non titled vehicles all the time for parts. It is a great way to get cheap hard to find parts. Just make sure you get a notorized bill of sale and i have never been burned.
