Your dealer, junk yards pick your part. Or simply search on google for it.

I live in a small town so as you can imagine finding parts for something this new is near to impossible. I dont know exactly why it blew... I was going down the road at about 6k in 3rd and went to shift, the engine died, and after that the engine wouldnt crank. I found out that it was still under warranty, so I took it to the dealership, and they said they would have to take it apart to see exactly what was wrong to know if it was going to be covered under warranty, and if it wasnt then I would have to pay them $400 to take it apart. So I had them do it and called them back, they said that the entire engine is mangled, every piston went into the valves and they have seen this happen in over revved engines but nothing this bad. So they said it most likely wasnt going to be covered under the warranty but they are having a toyota specialist come in tomarrow to take a look at it and to say if it is covered or not... I dont know if they are having problems with the warranty issue because of the aftermarket parts, I had just bought the car two days before it happened, and from what I can tell it has:
AEM CAI
Header
Aftermarket Exhaust (havent checked to see if it is all new)
Eibach lowering springs (looks like about a 1.5" drop, not to sure though)
short throw shifter
It also looks like it has some type of aftermarket tranny mounts, not to sure though.
So I am just waiting until tomarrow, to see how much more money I am going to be spending because the way it looks, its not going to be covered...

I know that it comes with the basic toyota warranty which is supposed to fully cover the engine and powertrain for 60 months or 60,000 miles, thats why I thought it would be covered... any ideas what I can do if they try to tell me they arent going to cover it?

Well, I got some good news today. Toyota said that they didnt have to cover the damage under warranty (because it had been over revved and thats why it blew up) but they were going to go ahead and fix it anyway, out of the kindness of there hearts (is what they said). They said they are going to rebuild the entire engine and it was going to take 2-3 weeks. They also said that after this if I have any other problems with the engine that it isnt going to be covered. Well at least they are going to fix it...

wait are you telling me that anything else that happens won't be covered? So they're tearing up your contract?

well, kind of. My dad owns a carlot here in town, so I bought the car from a dealer auction. So I never really had a contract with toyota.
