Courtesy lights how can ‘t change the light bulbs on the door that light the window switches for a 1992 limited?

Do you mean "how do I change the bulbs in the courtesy lights on a 1992 Buick LeSabre Limited?"

Floor lamps: Grab and pull.
Overhead lamp: You have to get the cover off. That's the hard part. Then just pull the bulb out.

I don't think I've ever figured out how to get the cover off the correct way. I'm always crossing my fingers I don't break it. -- Anyone know the "correct" way to remove the overhead courtesy lamp cover?
