Ground Effects

Does anyone know where I can get Ground Effects for my 2004 Saturn ION3 2DR Quad Coupe?

Look in your yellow pages for performance shops, call them, and if they don't do it, then they might have a better idea who does.

Shops also do costum work thatll fit your car.

then just call around to body shops to get it mounted and painted.

now ground effects if i'm not mistaken are neon lights under your car... if so... they are illegal in most states unless your car is parked.

its a common point of misunderstanding though

In Virginia, you can have Underbody lights but they have to be unlit and covered on the Highway.

Check with your state DMV and local police on what customizations are legal, or illegal, and/or what levels for each is within legal limits.

go to ebay, get the kit there for like $400. then put it on your self, and have an auto body shop paint it. Dont pay crazy prices for a store to buy a body kit for you. And dont wast your money on having someone else put it on for for you.
