Trying to sell a '70 Mustang Mach 1

I'm trying to sell a 1970 Mustang Mach 1. Its in great condition. It has a 351 Cleveland with a 4 barrel carb, a set of cherry bomb super exhaust tips to give it a perfect rumble, 4- speed transmission, CD player, A/C, and the rest of the common necessities of that time. I really hate to see this award winning car go, but if it happens to go to a gear head with a love of this era, so be it. The price is $25,000 but I am willing to negotiate.
