as far as i know you cant put a bseries head on a h series block...if you want to make your car vtec just get a h22 vtec head and put on it...you can get one for about $200 on ebay

No, you can't put a B16 head on a H23 or any H series...only a B series.

What do i need to replace to make the hole thing work, like a h22 ecu or after make ecu for v-tec, h22 timing belt.

H22A1 head - wiring for vtec solenoid - P13 ECU - and lots of HIGH octane gas cause your compression ratio will be through the roof. you are better off just swappin in a complete H22 - fewer problems - safer engine - almost the same hp gain.

i got a question.......can not using high octane fuel in my 94 prelude (h22) cause me to spin a bearing in the block.....if not what do you think could have?

The Spoon chip allowed you to take the engine to a higher RPM. This does not neccesarily mean that it is safer to do so. The Spoon chip killed your H22A.
