keyless entry programming

I have a 1998 Ford Escort and my son lost his keys with the keyless entry. I want to buy another one on Ebay but can't find the instructions to program it. Does anyone have the instructions for programming it?

I ordered one off Ebay for my 1997.I believe it comes with instructions.I will post them when I receive it.
