Should I put black lining on my ITR?

My ITR is silver and I didn't know if I should put black lining around the door frames and other areas.

Yes....gives the car a much better look to it.
Do the windows and panel lines too

Of course you do! See if you can get a pen like what I used! The panel lines were a doddle with that!

I couldn't find a small enough marker to do the black lining. I guess that is what I get for living in a small town. Guiddy, I decided to brush paint it using your technique. It worked like a charm, but I don't think the lining is thick enough. I don't feel like doing it over again so I am just going to leave it. I also brush painted the windows. I just got to touch them up a little bit, and it should look good. Is there an easier way to do the windows if you don't have an airbrush?

As long as you are light enough you can use a spray can for the windows. It's what I am doing here. Tamiya semi gloss black is good for that!
