Ya know what's really funny, after seeing them on the road and having them around u when I drive, I never quite like the looks of them, but now I'm starting to like them. I guess it's a honda thing! :p

Sorry for the late reply, but YOU BET!! The Element does have to "grow on you" a bit. It is different, no doubt about it. But that is why I couldn't get the thing out of my head at night! I literally OBSESSED about it for about 5 months before taking the plunge and buying it (of course, I had to drive a Civic at my local Honda dealership first so I didn't seem too eager!!).
So far I've had 4,450 miles of pure driving pleasure in my "E". I recently moved out of my 2 bdrm apartment and was able to haul literally EVERYTHING owned in my baby (after nearly 5 years of apartment dwelling, it adds up)! Who needs a U-Haul? ;)
This is my first Honda actually. It is also my first NEW car purchase, so I did VERY careful research before plunking down my cash. I am very impressed by Honda's resale values and reputation for reliability! Everybody that I know that owns a Honda said they would buy another one, which means a lot to me having driven MANY a vehicle that I'd never recommend again! I fully expect to drive my Honda another 245,000 miles before it dies... either that or trade for a new Element every 5 years considering the high resale values that Hondas command! :)
Methinks that "Honda" means "Cult" in Japanese!! :D

I'll post a better pic if I get a new camera for X-Mas. :P

Lego, your wheels are disgusting and belong on a moving van. Whats with boxes these days? car manufacterers must be going insane. *walks away*

I think that if your experience with owning a trailblazer is anything like mine has been that you would have to agree that reliability and dealer service are much more important than looks. Oh by the way...if you dont like the elements then dont friggin post in the element thread. :nono:
No i dont own one but i would trade my electrical nightmare in for one anyday.

lol well my TB is jsut fine and hasent had any problems. You must just have a lemon or somthing.
The car itself is fine. I actually sortof like the Element. Its just those wheels. *quivvers*
PS: The elements are growing on me, but they have to be a green one with the silver bottom, and the nice rims. I kinda like those. Its just his ugly blue one with those wheels. EWWWW!

Now, now... I figure if I'm going to drive a bread truck I might as well have matching rims! :)
No seriously, I couldn't afford the EX package (this is my first new car actually), so I opted for the LX package instead. The only real thing lacking with the LX besides rims is the 270 watt stereo (luckily, I had a pretty decent system from my previous vehicle which remedied that situation). I'll get different rims later, but I didn't see any reason to buy them up front (and I HATE to finance anything). When I have enough savings I'll likely swap 'em, but first my 2 little girls need food, clothing and shelter. :)
(LEGO is accepting donations via PayPal... NOT)
