Alternator and ???

I have an '82 Skylark. There are 4 alternator type motors on the passenger side of the motor. One is the alternator. I think the other is for the A/C. What are the other two? Any help is appreciated. Also, can any of the belts be undone as to avoid any extra strain on the motor? Thanks.

the other pulleys are/could be the water pump, power steering, tensioner, idler. check under the hood for a belt routing diagram. the A/C only loads the engine when the A/C is on, the power steering could be converted to a manual steering. power gain would be minimal.
