wow....
I think that's great to watch some comedis for stress release..hehehehe
And Bill Hicks is the one perfect for that! Don't you think?? hehehe
Bill Hicks has inspired albums by Radiohead (The Bends), Tool (Hicks opened several Lollapalooza dates and his monologues were later sampled on their Aenima album) and Rage Against the Machine. 10 years after his tragic death at 32, Bill Hicks is still a vital voice to the comedy, political satire and rock n roll world.
Now for the first time, the new DVD BILL HICKS LIVE: Satirist, Social Critic, Stand-Up Comedian captures the legendary comedian in three of his most notorious full-length filmed performances: HBO's One Night Stand from the Old Vic Theatre in Chicago, Revelations from the Dominion Theatre in London and Relentless, Bill's infamous breakout performance at the Montreal Comedy Festival.
On the tenth anniversary of his death earlier this year, England's House Of Commons issued a proclamation that read in part, "His words would be a bullet in the heart of consumerism, capitalism, and the American Dream; and mourns the passing of one of the few people who may be mentioned as being worthy of inclusion with Lenny Bruce in any list of unflinching and painfully honest political philosophers.
Bill Hicks began performing in Houston Comedy Clubs as an underage fifteen-year-old. Shortly after graduating high school, Bill moved to LA, performing alongside then-unknowns Jay Leno, Jerry Seinfeld, and Gary Shandling. With the support of Leno, Bill appeared on David Letterman's show for the first time in 1984.

"Bill Hicks - blowtorch, excavator, truthsayer, and brain specialist, like a reverend waving a gun around. He will correct your vision. Long may his records rant, even though he can't" - Tom Waits
